PRODUCTS / SERVICES

ü  Interest Bearing Share Accounts (savings) - Your share account is what makes you a member of the credit union. You are buying a share in the credit union with each $5 you deposit. You have to maintain at least 5 shares ($25) in order to remain a member. Once the shares are purchased, you are then eligible to utilize the other services we offer. These additional services are available for this account.

 o    Audio Teller

ü  No Fee Checking Accounts - The following are not charged a maintenance fee:

Students still in high school, full time college students who are under the age of 22, members over the age of 55 and members who maintain a $500 balance in the checking account all month. Any Member with Direct Deposit, E-Statements required. These additional services are available for this account.

ü  EMMA (Easy Money Management Account) - An EMMA is a type of account that pays less interest than our other accounts, but has unlimited withdrawals. You are charged a $2 withdrawal penalty if you withdraw more than four times within the calendar year out of your share account. So if you intend to put your money in savings but will be needing to access it several times throughout the year, the EMMA may be the type of account you want.

ü  Christmas Club Account - The Christmas Club Account is a Non-Interest bearing savings account. Funds will be mailed or transferred on November 15th.

ü  TUTMA Accounts (minors) 

ü  CD's (Certificate of Deposit)* - CDs pay a higher interest rate than other types of accounts because when you put your money in a CD you are "promising" that you will leave it on deposit for a certain amount of time. Usually the longer you are willing to leave the money on deposit, the higher the interest rate you receive. The credit union currently offers only a I year term CD.

*All interest your CD earns may be withdrawn at any time without penalty. If any of the original CD amount is withdrawn before the maturity date, a 90 days worth of interest penalty is assessed.
